Thanks to your yearly contribution, we can provide enough technicians to be able to help you in the best possible way even outside our working hours*.
In doing so, we commit ourselves to be present on site within a certain period of time, that was agreed upon in advance, depending on the severity of the issue.

Transportation, working hours and spare parts are included

You will not lose sleep thanks to the Micrelec Omnium Contract, because we have included about everything in the price.
But we go even further: for you, Micrelec has a permanent stock of the most common parts at its disposal.
Moreover, each technician has his own stock of spare parts, allowing us to help you effectively and quickly.

Your site does not hold any secrets for us

When a maintenance contract is being concluded, a one-time inventory of the hardware and software on site is made.
Based on this information, we make a kind of site identity card.
This is continuously tracked and adjusted.
This way, we can avoid surprises so that we do not waste time with unexpected difficulties.

* Outside office hours, our technical services will, in principle, first provide assistance in the event of a total breakdown or a very problematic situation.
