MICRELEC joins MADIC group

ADIC group acquires MICRELEC, pursuing its international development strategy.
On January 14, MADIC group acquired the Belgian company MICRELEC S.A, which specialises in the integration, installation, and support of automation solutions for service stations and shops in Benelux.
This investment is a perfect illustration of the group's commitment to supporting its customers - providing innovative offers to the international market for the distribution of automotive energy.
It will accelerate the development of the two companies’ portfolio, by integrating MICRELEC’s current range of products with MADIC Group’s new innovative solutions. This partnership also reflects MICRELEC’s ongoing strategy of building a business that specialises in technology solutions for service stations and shops. This alliance will enable MICRELEC to strengthen its presence in international markets and seize new opportunities.
