ASSISTANCE ON SITE
OPTIONS
In case an intervention on site is required, you have 3 options, depending on the desired speed of the intervention.
Option 1: Intervention WITHOUT SLA
Startfee : 58 €
Transport (Benelux) : 156 €
Hourly rates for labor: see below.
Option 2: Intervention WITHIN 48 HOURS
Fixed rate, including 30 min. of intervention and transport: 300 €
Hourly rates for labor: see below.
Option 3: Intervention WITHIN 6 HOURS
Fixed rate, including 30 min. of intervention and transport: 750 €
Hourly rates for labor: see below.
HOURLY RATES FOR LABOR
The standard hourly rate is of 111 €/hour.
Depending on the moment of the intervention outside office hours, the following charges apply:
- ** After office hours on weekdays and on Saturday + 50 %
- ** On Sunday or public holidays: + 100 %
The calculation of the total hours of labor performed (to be billed) is done by minimum blocks of 30 minutes.
RATE FOR MATERIALS
Defective material is replaced at standard rates.
